Home Consultation
This service is perfect for those who want professional advice without committing to a contract. During this 90 minute session, the designer will visit your home to discuss your project’s needs, and provide recommendations. You will also receive post-consultation notes. Should you choose to move forward with a contract, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total cost of the selected services. The cost of this service is $300
Furniture & Decor Procurement
Our Furniture and Decor Procurement focuses on selecting both soft and hard goods for your space. The process begins with an inspiration meeting, where we’ll discuss your preferred styles and colors. We’ll also assess which materials in your home will remain and which will be replaced. Whether you’re updating everything or just a few elements, our goal is to provide you with budget-friendly options that reflect your aesthetic and work harmoniously with your home. Concept Design
This service is designed to provide you with a clear vision of how your design ideas will come to life in your space. Ideal for clients who have a sense of the materials they want but need help with space planning. We start with an initial meeting to take measurements and photos of your existing space. From there, the designer will create 2-3 concept designs for you to review. A follow-up meeting will allow you to discuss revisions and make any necessary adjustments. You’ll receive one revision included, with any additional changes billed at an hourly rate of $75/hour. The final design will include details on materials to be removed or preserved, as well as new selections. This service is priced based on the size of your project. Comprehensive Design
This is our full-service offering, handling everything from concept creation to procurement. We dedicate time to understand your vision and space, helping you see what is achievable. The process begins with an initial meeting to measure your space and capture photos. The designer will then create 2-3 concept designs for you to review. A second meeting will be held to refine these designs. We’ll also visit local showrooms together to make material selections, and further adjustments will be made based on your feedback. Finally, we’ll have a last meeting to finalize all details and materials. One revision is included, with additional changes charged at $75 per hour. Our Process
Step 1: Discovery Call; This 30-minute in-person, phone, or Zoom meeting is designed to give us a better understanding of your project. We’ll discuss your goals, main concerns, budget, timeline, and other important details to ensure we're aligned from the start.

Step 2: Home Consultation; This service is required in our initial process but will be credited toward the total project cost if you choose to move forward.

Step 3: Design Package selection; Once you have selected the design package you’d like to move forward with, we will create a tailored contract based on your needs. Upon signing the contract a deposit will be collected to begin working on your project.
